The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader

This third movie in the Chronicles of Narnia series was well done as far as acting, special effects, etc., but I was almost bored. There just didn't seem to be a lot happening. The two oldest siblings didn't have much of a part in this one. I'm not sure if that played a part in my feelings about the movie or not, but since I liked the other two more than this one, I'm guessing it played at least a small role.

I found the concept of the green mist very interesting and a good addition to the conflict in the story line. They also made it seem as thought it was the White Witch who was causing this since the green mist is used in The Silver Chair, this keeps the idea of her alive. An island that makes all of your fears come true is just like Hell, a wise contrast to Aslan’s land. I like to be entertained and movies are my biggest hobby which is more affordable now that I have a free 3 month membership to Blockbuster with my new DISH Network employee account.
